In Hemet Keith Henson, a 65 year old Free Speech Activist is up on charges that have been brought on false evidence, black PR, DA'ing and so on. Why is he facing these charges? He is facing them because COS does not like it that someone would dare criticize its history of illegal, immoral, and unethical behaviours. Keith is an activist, intelligent, resourceful, and above all else peaceful. His big crime? Carrying a picket sign for people to see and read so they an think for themselves and see that the COS is not a friendly fuzzy warm religion but is in fact an organization that uses illegal, immoral, and unethical practices to enforce its draconian laws and policies. This man has committed no crime yet COS is doing everything it can to see to it that this man goes to jail and gets a criminal record. The COS is so weak it cannot withstand criticism. How tragic and how pathetic that this rich cult is abusing the rights of one man who only wants to speak the truth and expose the nature of the COS management. David Miscavidge is a coward - he cannot even stand to read a simple picket sign. Scieno's every where are rubbing their hands in glee that Mr. Henson will be going to jail and they will be bale to call him a criminal to their little hearts' content. How sad, how mean, and how incredibly stupid of them. Every time they pull a stunt like this, every time they go to court against a critic they pull in 10 more critics and the numbers keep growing. If COS would only stop making such a big deal of every little thing they would not be pulling in so many critics. But they keep it up. Every time an innocent person gets hurt by them, every time they follow and harass someone with PI's and threats of law suits they look more and more like a cowardly school yard bully who is incapable of controlling his temper. Tom Padgett is facing jail time, a record and is constantly being harassed and hauled into court. Why? Because he wants to be a father to his children outside of the COS. He wants to be able to relate, as a father to his children. His ex-wife is a scientologist and is taking great delight in tormenting him with his children through PI's, Lawsuits, and an ever spiralling case of dead agenting and black pr. How is it that scientologists claim to be oh so ethical yet they pull this crap on people and hold children hostages to their insane policies. Tom only wants his children to have the opportunity to see life outside of the COS. COS doesn't want that because they are afraid of losing control, cheap labour, and new bodies for the SO. COS only wants to destroy Tom utterly and to shudder him into silence. COS is afraid of one father speaking out against the abusive practices yet all their abuse of Tom's rights and the torment in his life has only pulled in more critics and more people willing to step up to the plate and take on the cult. How come COS can't see that they are cutting their nose off to spite their face? WHy is it that every time the DA a person and try to get them ruined or declared criminal they fail to recognize the fact that others who are witnesses to this insanity will become more active in the fight for the rights of others? Wake up scientologists - realize what the management is doing and how it is spending your money- get out and take your money and your lives with you. Scientology policies are unenforceable and against basic Human Rights. Is they the way you wanted to spend your life? Supporting policies that cause the neglect and abuse of people, families, and children? Wake up, look around you and see what this insane group is doing to you and your loved ones. Y
