Actually, since it's a doctrine of Scientology® that suppressives can magically affect those around them, they don't need any threats at all. If we follow what appears to the Henson's case logic, where only the subjective fear, realistic or not, is at issue, *every* one of us could be convicted on the same charges as Keith, and questioning the sanity of that fear would be disallowed as being an attack on the 'religion'.
