If anyone knows some of the jurors, please print this out and pass it to them. hkh] Dear Jury members: Even though you folks convicted me one count, I don't have any ill will toward you, especially since two and three of you hung the jury and would not convict on terrorist threats. At least one of you considered it a strike against me to not put on a defense. You didn't know, and we could not tell you, that the judge had ruled against mention of any scientology beliefs or practices such as fair game or training routine lying. As an example, Ken Hoden lied on the stand about the fetus of a shooting rampage victim in Portland being shot through the head. You can find the truth about this in newspaper stories of the time which are archived on the web. Try using terms "Scientology Godeka" in google or one of the other search engines. Had I gone on the stand, I could not have pointed out his lies because lying is a scientology belief or practice (look up TR-L, training routine lying) and we were not permitted to mention any scientology beliefs or practices. In one of the posting you saw, there was a guote: "destroy them utterly." This, I suspect, you took as a threat from me. Because this is a paraphrase of the last three words of scientology's fair game policy, I was forbidden to tell you that it came from scientology. If you are so inclined, put those words and scientology in a search engine and see for yourself. (Of course the next paragraph said the way I was going to "destroy them utterly" was to give them a series of pickets.) We were also forbidden to mention the reason I was out there picketing last summer. If you wonder why no photos of me were introduced, they had pictures of my signs which mentioned Ashlee Shaner, the 16 year old who was killed May 17th when she ran into an unlighted front loader bucket at night or Stacy Moxon Meyer who was ordered into a transformer vault to check for ground squirrels and to her death June 25th.
