He did. The judge ruled that I had authenticated them, most in the
civil deposition Rosen took, even though I stated I could not be sure
they were mine or if they had been messed with.
What is oddest, is that they never just asked me for them. I would
have given them the whole 535 pages, May to September, from my saved
postings file had they asked. It seems like the only approach if
anyone asks in any kind of deposition, is to have no idea if these
marks on paper were yours or to just offer to give them true copies.
