You folks know that I am not the lest reluctant to call them as I see
them (i.e., Tony Greer). But I don't think this judge is corrupt. He
happened to set ground rules which would have made sense in most
cases, but worked badly here. He took steps such as not letting either
side read the jury questionnaires which indicated he had a handle on
the various ways the scns abuse the justice system. And he would not
let them introduce ShyDavid's GPS posting because the DA failed to tie
it to me.
Judge Wallerstein had been watching Abelson throughout the trial as he
reached up Robert Schwarz's back and flapped Schwarz's lips. After
the end of the trial, Judge Wallerstein commented that he knew Abelson
from somewhere and Abelson said they knew each other from many years
ago when Abelson was a district attorney in Torance.
This might well be true, someone please go into Martindale Hubble and
do a bit of digging. But I would bet you long odds that Abelson did
not share the rest of his career. From the LMT web site on Bunker's
trial:
"Present for Scientology's mafia-like cult was the former Mafia lawyer
for the Gambino's, now Scientology's in house legal counsel, Elliott
Abelson accompanied by . . . ."
Perhaps someone could suggest to Judge Wallerstein that he put
"Abelson" and "Gambino" in Google.

PS, and could someone do a bit of research on Abelson about his
family? Need not post it, email to me is ok. One of my "psych"
advisors wants to know if he is married and/or has lost children.
