Not only that, but Hoden inflamed the jury by saying the woman's unborn child was shot in the head, which was simply untrue. As others have posted, the child was born fine some 5 months later. "Destroy them utterly" is a common paraphrase of the last three words of the fair game policy. I used it in a post where I went on to say I was going do a series of pickets at gold. The judge forbid any mention of scientology beliefs or practices so I could not get on the witness stand and say where this came from so the jury ignored the quote marks and attributed it to me as a threat. > Is this correct?
