I'm not saying that we should blindly support the actions of someone just
because we are a part of the same movement they work for.
I do want to say however, that Keith Henson is, in my opinion,a very good
human being. He who has undoubtetly made many mistakes in his life, as we
all have. He who may be very independent and self oriented in terms of
decision making, or one who may be very persistant in his actions. One who
will continue to make bad judgements on all things in life, and good
judgements, as we all will.
I think a good question is? What does a person has who decides to spend a
good deal of his life combating the largest, most hideously evil cult on
earth? A good deal of compassion, a high tolenrence level, and I believe, a
great deal of courage.
Just because someone is doing something good does not mean we should support
his actions. But i support Keith Henson.
He's doing something that most people on this planet could care less
about.....he's trying to protect free speech, and he's trying to protect
people.
I've encountered a few Scientology Activists who i believe are involved in
this movement for "wrong" reasons, who basis for involvement is very self
centered. I've been in Keith's presense, and spoken with him. I can say that
he is doing this for the right reason, and for whatever mistakes he has made
or will make, i support him.
We're all in the same boat.

btw, i know alot of people will say things like "are you saying we should
support someone who is making us look bad, or who hasn't listened to us or
etc, my goal in this post is to say, yes, i think he's made mistakes, but so
has everyone....what i'm saying is, his intentions are damn good, and he's a
smart, caring human being.
i don't believe in the notion that the "good of the many, outweight the good
of the one"....Keith is a good "one" and i think he deserves support, and
like my friend Arnie said, "fingerpointing is a waste of time", it is
counterproductive and does nothing to further our goal.
and yes i got that quote from star trek II: the wraith of Khan :)
okay, i'm done, :)
