Friday June 1, 2001. Today I learned from local newspaper reporters a most ironic twist to the Keith Henson story. Reporters covering the outrageously effected arrest of Keith Henson by the Halton Police Tactical Squad at the request of Metro Toronto Fugitive Squad, evoked a startling admission. Detectives Glavin and Bonenforte apparently admit they relied on information supplied to them by Scientology's Intelligence Division Dept 20: The Office of Special Affairs. The OSA is the criminal cult's Gestapo, or enforcement branch, for its equally infamous policy to "lie to, trick and destroy" scientology opposition, including Crown Attorneys. Scientology, listed by the FBI as organized crime, supplied a volume of false information to the two Detectives. Information which purported to prove Mr. Keith Henson was a dangerous bomb making expert and terrorist. However, untainted records show Mr. Henson is a law abiding free speech and justice advocate that has extremely irritated Scientology by the internationally dangerous practice of carrying a picket sign, openly expressing his opinion and asking awkward questions. This can get you arrested and possibly tortured in a number of countries, including the United States and Canada. [Even killed too, but not in Canada thankfully.] So obsessed is scientology with its efforts to permanently silence Mr. Henson it has spent several million dollars trying to "destroy him utterly". Now deceased cult founder L.Ron Hubbard frequently ordered this action and left instructions or policy letters on its continued implementation. In fact Scientology was discovered to have recently spent an equal sum on sleazy Private Investigators in Clearwater Florida trying to "destroy utterly" a critic and ex cult member Mr. Jesse Prince. There the police and courts were also used by Scientology, but Mr. Prince was acquitted once Scientology and its permanently dirty hands and PIs were revealed. There was no open co-operation by the Largo police with Scientology in that instance. In Toronto the new "alliance" of Metro Police Detectives with the Criminal Cult, is of course darkly ironic. During the 1980s, Dept 20 of Scientology, when it was known as the Guardians Office, ran a spy ring that infiltrated several police organizations in Toronto, including Metro Toronto Police. Subsequently Scientology was raided, criminally convicted and fined. Incredibly Metro Detectives have supposedly acknowledged doing the leg work for Criminal Scientology and apparently deliberately abusing their office to cynically use excessive force to effect an Immigration Warrant Arrest upon Mr. Henson. Perhaps Scientology, acutely aware of Mr. Henson's heart condition, hoped he would be frightened into a heart attack or stroke when faced by a wall of semi automatic weapons in Police hands. Halton Police could have effected the warrant with a simple phone call to myself or Mr. Henson at my home where he was residing. A simple check of CPIC would (and likely *did*), reveal to Detectives Glavin and Bonenforte that I, William Gregory Hagglund of 2237 Munns Ave in Oakville was certainly not likely to be running a bomb factory in my Oakville residence. I have no criminal record, and I previously have been a Customs and Immigration Officer, have been given high level security clearance by the RCMP and just recently the OPP conducted a criminal background check for my new employer so that I might soon begin to transport small children and young adults to and from schools. Also consultation with Halton police would (and likely *did*) reveal that my son was arrested and subsequently convicted of minor drug trafficking charges 2 years ago. The Crown and the Judge took note of the firm Law and Order and tough love stance I took in that matter. It was obvious, had I been asked, I would have co-operated and surrendered Mr. Henson on a genuine warrant from a real authority having jurisdiction, such as Immigration Canada. It is very revealing that these two Metro Detectives, once the Halton Tactical Squad had captured the "dangerous bomb maker" Mr. Henson and detained his equally dangerous companion, myself, did not even search the car we had been extracted from at gunpoint by seven heavily armed officers. Neither did these two Detectives obtain or execute a warrant to search my home as a potential "bomb factory" since Mr. Henson had been residing there for over a week. We certainly had had enough time to construct a "Tom Cruise Missile", possession of which Mr. Henson was recently accused of by Scientology leaders from behind the inward facing razor wire and heavily armed guards of their compound in Gilman Springs California. Detectives Glavin and Bonenforte are not incompetent or stupid. However their apparent choice to act in the stead of Criminal Scientology and teach Mr. Henson and I a "lesson" while effecting what was actually a low priority Immigration Warrant, is an inexcusable abuse of power in my humble opinion. Making matters worse for themselves these Officers apparently attended Keiths first Adjudication meeting with Immigration Canada and again insisted, based on Criminally Convicted Scientology Information, that Keith was dangerous. Thankfully the two Immigration Officers at the adjudication were not fooled by OSA lies and propaganda and determined Keith Henson was *not* a danger to the community or Canadians. Undaunted the Officers then apparently insisted there was an "unfiled" incident report which would be available next Monday at 52 Division which would show Mr. Henson acted violently on Victoria Day and intimidated Scientologists at 700 Yonge St. The "unfiled report", which these officers could have easily brought with them had they so desired, will show that Scientology Management complained that Mr. Henson and the six Canadians picketing with him, were terrorizing them with picket signs. No less than two Metro Officers and one Supervising Sergeant wasted several hours of Toronto tax payers money once *again* explaining to Criminal Scientology Management that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms superseded Scientology paranoid and often violent objections to Free Speech. [Toronto Scientologists are of course simply lying to the Police about being fearful or Mr. Henson. Videotape recorded in Toronto on May 12 and 18 clearly shows several scientologists walking, talking and even joking with Mr. Henson. The audio portion also reveals the scientologists are well aware Mr. Henson's identity.] Detectives Glavin and Bonenforte have, in my humble opinion, done themselves and their fellow Officers a disservice with their outrageous and unacceptable behaviour in this matter. They would better serve the community by cooperating with other Metro Police Divisions and implement raids on Scientology based on the substantial solid evidence of current Scientology Management once again brazenly condoning and conducting unethical and highly illegal operations in Ontario. These two Detectives should review real some hard evidence: victim interviews, videoed victim statements, audio recordings of extortion threats, video recordings of intimidation of individuals by roups of Scientology thugs, death threats, eyewitness accounts and victim complaints of assault, years of evidence of stalking and harassments by criminal Scientology OSA operatives, organized libel campaigns, threats to disrupt individuals places of employment, including public schools and investigations of teachers and staff, deliberate terrorizing of elderly parents and siblings of those critical to Scientology in Canada, video recordings of Scientology hate crimes against gay/bisexual critics, multiple false statements and complaints by Scientology to Police, an internationally viewed videotape of OSA thug Peter Ramsay attempting to effect and illegal entry into the home of a Toronto opponent of the Cult and other *real* evidence. Perhaps with the aid of Detectives Glavin and Bonenforte and their apparently extravagant budget, then 52 Division Detectives would have the resources and maybe the political will from above, to lay charges once again upon the criminal cult. Charges based on solid evidence and not self serving "tips" from international criminal organizations like Scientology. In this manner then these two wayward Officers might arrest some real criminals instead of rousting the *victims* of an Internationally Organized Crime Syndicate like Corporate Scientology. These two Officers might also try apologizing to Mr. Henson and myself for acting as either willing Scientology enforcers, or as Scientology "dupes". They should do this, in my humble opinion, as part of the disciplinary action they richly deserve for disgracing a *very good police force* with their unacceptable activities under color of authority.
