To Whom it may Concern:
My name is John Randolph, I'm 37 years of age, and I am a software
engineer by profession.
I have known Keith Henson both socially and professionally since shortly
after arriving in the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1990's.
Besides enjoying his company, I've grown professionally and learned a
great deal from working with him. I count myself among the many
admirers of this exceptional man.
From working with Keith, I know him to be an expert in many fields, as
his resume and patent portfolio show. He is a very talented engineer
with an impressive familiarity with subjects ranging from the science of
information storage and retrieval to the emerging field of nanotechnology.
Keith's interest in space exploration led him to found the L5 society,
which has been instrumental in promoting the space exploration agenda in
the public policy arena.
On a personal note, Keith is someone I know to be scrupulously honest,
decent and good natured. He is someone I would not hesitate to hire for
any technical undertaking, and someone I am proud to call my friend.
As an American and a patriot, I am deeply saddened that Keith has found
it necessary to flee to Canada in search of justice, and I personally
intend to do whatever I can to expose the calumny of his persecutors,
and make the United States safe for his return.
As Canada once provided refuge for slaves escaped from our country, I
hope that she will continue to serve as an example to the world and
allow Keith Henson to find refuge from the injustice dealt him in his
native country.
Sincerely,
John C. Randolph
