Now instead of having a lone person in the desert,
and a few emails read by a limited following, we now
have a man who has become larger-than-life!
A hero! A legend in the proud tradition of all the
other freedom fighters before him. A man who would
not lest his personal integrity be swayed even at
the expense of his personal comfort.
Now people from all walks of life will have an opportunity
to see the Church of Scientology as they really are.
Very few people are actually fooled by the church's
superficial smoke-screen of good will toward the world
anyhow, but now the church has created another situation
which only works against them. Henson marching in
the desert did little to bring public attention compared
to the new public relations fiasco that will be associated
by the repeated attention now to be given the trial,
it's verdict and the gross injustice that followed.
Scientologist can never leave wll enough alone. They
are always compelled to do something and as a result
that usually do things to make themselves look worse.
So while a handful of Scientologists gloat about their
illusory victory, the rest of the world will watch
and come to understand even more about the true nature
of Scientology.
