Just thought I would share with the ARS newsgroup this just in, tasty
morsel of "PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL." The State Bar has now
officiality whitewashed the actions Moxon took against Berry using
Cipriano, Wager's famous deposition where he admitted paying Apodaca
in jail for false testimony against Berry and being reimbursed by
Moxon., and the $100,000 plus "Day of the Child" charity tax fraud.
(Did Travolta take the $20,000 used to payoff a judgement against
Cipriano as tax deductible? Who cares? The IRS would never
investigate where scientology is involved.)
I would suggest complaining about this obvious failure to the
California Attorney General except, if you look here:
http://www.clre.org/program/lre/Awards%20Ceremony.html
at the picture on the bottom of the page, you will see high level
scientologists left, right and center along with Bill Lockyer. The
meeting is not important, but the infiltration of the state government
by people like Pearson--who brought scientology to Allstate and now
brings it to the state government--is. There is much more to be found
through the search engines you do a bit of looking. When you find it,
you may want to save it because I bet these start melting away like
Reed Slatkin's name did.
This is actually good for our side because it is so over the top
outrageous.
Beyond supporting Graham Berry, I have no suggestions for actions a
this time.

Re: Respondent: Kendrick L. Moxon
Case Number: 00-0-12250
Dear Mr. Henson:
The State Bar of California has evaluated your allegations of
professional misconduct against Kendrick L. Moxon. After careful
review, we have decided to close this matter because there is
insufficient evidence to establish that professional misconduct was
committed.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The State Bar
depends on the assistance of the public in effectively monitoring the
conduct of California attorneys.
Very truly yours,
