There is *no* question about him being affected. He went into a psychotic rage on a three way phone call with one of Graham's attorneys when I mentioned I was on my way out to gold to picket over his daughter's death. I am sure by that time he knew what I have found out recently about DM's direct involvement. DM is at least as insane over me as Moxon is. I kept rubbing his nose in the fact that there are no "Ots" last summer. And now they are reduced to sniveling in the courts about how Hillary Dezotell, Ken Hoden and Bruce Wagoner, have "suffered humiliation, mental anguish and emotional distress." Consider some of the other things I have done. Doing open heart surgery on HIV cases takes more guts than this silly business. Besides someone has to stand up as an example that the worst they can do leaves you still standing. > You've

Well, there are two reasons I have no incentive to settle. They have made it clear that they will hound me to my grave--or theirs. And consider Grady. They have only backed off of him because there are just to many other pressing matters. Keith Henson
