Graham, I appreciate you sending me a large number of blind copy
letters re the State Bar case and your promise to continue keeping me
updated with copies on how that litigation is going. I am, of course,
a concerned party and have filed my own complaint with the State Bar
against Kendrick Moxon.
I have a particular interest because your abilities as a lawyer were
degraded by attacks on you organized by Moxon during the times you
acted, both paid and unpaid, as my counsel. Some of this,
particularly Cipriano, was introduced in the ultimately unsuccessful
rule 60(b) motion I filed last year. Of course one reason I was
unsuccessful was I didn't have the mass of material you have
accumulated since then about the Moxon instigated attacks on you.
The problem with me keeping these letters and demands from public view
is that they are of great importance to other people concerned with
exactly the same kinds of abuses by the same people, Mark Bunker,
Jesse Prince, and Bob Minton to mention just a few. I don't know how
the State Bar feels about these letters and filings being made public,
but I hardly see how they can demand you keep them confidential from
me or me from making them public. I suppose they could go after me in
a Canadian court. (Snort!)
Anyway, if you have a persuasive argument against these letters and
demands being made public, please let me know. I promise I will
consider your arguments, but it is unlikely they will change my view
of the need to make them public.
Sincerely,
Keith Henson
