Dear Mr. Leipold,

Yesterday I received an envelope containing two letters from you, one dated October 19, 2001, and the other dated November 19, 2001. This was the first I had seen of either letter.

In the last month I have received numerous phone calls regarding the fact that the Motions in Limine were not included in the transcript of the trial in this case. Some of the phone calls were from people who would not reveal their name to me. As I told everyone I have spoken with in regard to this case , Judge Wallerstein sealed both the jury voir dire and Motions in Limine in this case. These cannot be transcribed by me without an order from the court.
