This is third hand, but it seems to have been a threat to Arel's new lawyer.

It was observed by a court clerk. Judge Weissbrodt was starting to swear her in to give testimony about it when Rosen stopped the proceeding and stomped out going off to Judge Whyte's court. The transcripts (tapes) have been ordered. They should be very interesting.
