High Drama in the Bankruptcy Court, a quick news flash
[18:49] <hkhenson> Arel reports high drama in the bankruptcy court this morning. The judge had two Federal Marshals sitting in his court keeping an eye on Rosen. Rosen complained that he could not do his closing argument with them watching. The judge started to swear in one of his clerks apparently to testify about Rosen's behavior. Rosen went ballistic complaining about notice and needing to have his own lawyer there. At last report he and Stan Zlotoff were in some kind of emergency hearing before Judge Whyte. Apparently Rosen is complaining about Judge Weissbrodt. The Mercury News dispatched a reporter, so there could be a news story. Arel is taking notes for a report, but has no idea of what brought this about.
