Rosen isn't the only one who has trouble with the date change.

Dear Judge Whyte:
Less than 48 hours before you moved the hearing from September 13, to September 20 I had at great effort and some expense obtained counsel who was willing and able to represent me. Unfortunately my counsel is unable to be there for a September 20 hearing because of prior commitments to a trial starting the following Monday. So I am back to no counsel and the dire situation that implies for me at the hearing.
Although it may be just my paranoia acting up, I hope the court did not have outside influence on changing the date. I used a credit card two days before to book travel for my counsel. RTC/Scientology is well known for getting such records. Knowing my counsels name, they could find out when my counsel is committed.
I would appreciate the hearing happening if possible on September 13, or if that is not possible, coordinating a date for the hearing with my special counsel for the contempt hearing.
Very Truly Yours,
H. Keith Henson
