I have met Keith Henson a half-dozen times, and I can state with emphatic certainty that he is as threatening as a raw oyster; he is as violent as a tattered, cuddly teddy bear; he is as dangerous as a somnolent kitten. I have been honored and privileged to join Mr. Henson in protesting Scientology Inc.'s crimes and human rights abuses in California, and I have observed first-hand how very polite, compassionate, caring, and gentle he is when doing so. When he protested against the two most recent homicides in Riverside County, California, his outrage at those deaths were not directed towards any Scientologist: his protests have been universally, without fail, directed towards the sinister business itself. To characterize this great humanitarian as anything less than a living saint is an abominable slander. Keith Henson deserves our praise and our thanks for his courage in standing up to the criminal bully that calls itself a "church" solely for tax-exempt status. Since Scientology Inc. denies its own members even the most basic and fundamental civil and human rights (and far too often the very right to life!), it is no wonder they have striven so hard to deny Mr. Henson the same rights.
