I heard from good sources that Judge Whyte has issued an order in
the Henson contempt thing and IS SO ASHAMED OF THE CONTENTS THAT
HE SEALED HIS OWN ORDER.
What IS going on here? It is unprecedented. I mean, there can be almost no possible reason to seal an order. Unless it directly quotes the plaintiff's confidential business, and any half-competent judge can write an order without doing that.
Almost certainly it is unlawful. But approaching a higher court costs money, and Henson has fled the country in fear of his life seeking political asylum in Canada so may not be allowed to file.
So, what has the donkey put in it that he is so ashamed of. Surely he hasn't swallowed the NOT 56 rubbish? Judge Whyte. Most reversed judge at appeal in the whole of California. Least likely judge to win any political office higher than dog-catcher. If they weren't chronically short of judges, they'd have put him out to grass years ago.
