You missed a few items. I only found out about the arraignment by accident. I.e., the DA's office tried to conceal that I was supposed to show up in court in an attempt to get me arrested for failure to appear. I still have the unfolded notice that should have been mailed to me.
After the trial Judge Wallerstein sealed parts of the record without following the rules of the court to cover up the difference between his ruling in court and his minute order of the day--thus taking Frank Oliver's OSA documents out of the appeal record and (by now I would bet) entirely out of the court record.
These things sure don't inspire confidence in the Hemet courts where scientology is involved.
Re the unique tax status for scientology, it has been over 6 months now and nobody has filed the case against the IRS suggested by Judge Silverman to take the "chosen people" deal away from scientology.

PS, they got away clean with sending Stacy Moxon to her death in a hot transformer vault. They paid the family for killing Ashlee Shaner on the road outside of gold base.
