That didn't bring in the marshals, but the threat did.
Arel's lawyer is a very macho sort of dude and seems to have considered the threat just Rosen being a blow hard. But if you think about what has been done to other lawyers, Graham Berry (threatened by Rosen in court), Ken Dandar (who was *also* threatened by Rosen) and Dan Leipold (who has now totally withdrawn from scientology litigation) he really should take such threats seriously.
