Two lawyers are writing letters to the bankruptcy court advising Judge Weissbrodt that Rosen's behaviour before his court is just par for this guy.
There may be other examples of Rosen acting this way in courts or depositions, particularly in cases not related to scientology. I believe there was one such case in Korea, but can't find the references now.
More letters and declarations would be helpful.
