This was a suit based on the same insane allegations featured in the Henson "criminal" suit. (Ie, that it is against the law to picket Scientology and then post about it, that this somehow constitutes some kind of illegal act.)
It was thrown out as not even meeting the level of proof necessary to have a civil trial, on a nonsuit motion by Graham Berry. Somehow the same garbage was successfully turned into a "criminal" case a couple years later by throwing in some Usenet posts that Henson hadn't even written.
