You aren't going to get me to sign a gag order, but the way to get less of my attention focused on Scientology is to leave me alone and let me have the resources to do something else.

Continuing to attack and tie up my resources is only going to keep me focused on Scientology.

Of course the lawyers will love it.

I won't promise a thing, but you surely are aware that I have a technical project that will keep me extremely busy for at least a year--assuming I can get the equity out of my house in California. If I can't, I my time and effort will continue in the same direction they are currently bent. I have already filed suit here in Canada over the latest business, and I assume you know I have a copy of the May 2001 Felske letter.

Without some indication you have seen it, this letter gets posted in a week. I don't trust the lawyers to inform you about matters to their disadvantage.
