Re Judge Whyte's sealed order of September 26, 2002.
Dear Judge Patel:
Judge Whyte unsealed his contempt order against me on October 9, blaming it on his clerk. Scientology's attorney Samuel Rosen normally has a lot of influence with Judge Whyte, but Judge Whyte ignored Rosen's Fed Ex letter dated October 1, 2002. Scientology attorney Rosen's letter would have brought the sealing error to Judge Whyte's attention if the sealing had been done in error. I am uncertain if your inquiry caused the order to be unsealed, but the timing was spot on.
If you did inquire, thank you!
I believe the sealing was a deliberate attempt by Judge Whyte (acting extra judicially for the cult) to entrap me.
In my bankruptcy trial that started September 27, 2002 Scientology's attorney Rosen threatened my wife's lawyer (10/2) and when Judge Weissbrodt tried to swear in his clerk (10/3) to put it on the record, Rosen intimidated Judge Weissbrodt and then dramatically left the courtroom to talk to Judge Whyte. Scientology attorney Rosen's threat to my wife's lawyer was uttered before Judge Weissbrodt's clerks while the Judge was out of the courtroom. You could ask my lawyer (Stan Zlotoff 408-287-1313) or Judge Weissbrodt's clerks about these events.
Earlier in the trial when Judge Weissbrodt was not in the courtroom, Scientology's attorney Rosen implied a threat by likening Judge Weissbrodt to Judge March of the Central District. (She ruled against Scientology in a sideshow to my case and was not reappointed.)
Scientology attorney Rosen's intimidation tactics are damaging the reputation of the courts.
Very truly yours,
H. Keith Henson
