I *was* gagged.
Look at the motions in limine. Had I gone on the witness stand and said anything substantial, I would have been jailed on the spot for contempt. Heck, my *witnesses* would have been jailed if they had said anything about scientology, or even mentioned the deaths I was picketing about.
Of course, the rulings on the motions were sealed by the judge.
