About 6 months ago I sent a considerable pile of materials about the
attempted entrapment for failure to appear and a substantial list of
other abuses the DA did in my case. After I sent it, the grand jury
had me call them and talk for over an hour. (I may have a tape if
anyone would like me to dig it out.)
They were very interested in who they should talk to and I gave them Jim Harr, Ida, Graham Berry and the lawyer who dealt with the civil case. She had observed what she considered to be outright corruption in the court and really wanted them to contact her. Jim was likewise very interested in talking to them as was Graham and Ida.
You are supposed to keep information about grand jury proceedings very confidential while they are going on.
Well, a while ago I got a letter from the grand jury. By now I have checked, and the grand jury never talked to even one of the people I suggested.

Since the state attorney general said go to the grand jury I have now tried every possible avenue of redress except the refugee board in Canada.
