What was the outcome of this request? I do not recall.
"Defendant also requested an order compelling RTC to disclose the name of a Southwest Airlines employee who allegedly overheard Henson and Grady Ward discussing matters which RTC perceived as threats against Mr. Miscavige, threats which Mr. Hogan has characterized in plaintiff's opposition papers as: ". . . . Ward's and Henson's ominous remarks at the Southwest Airlines ticket counter at San Jose Airport about "bombs" and "Scientologists.""
"...Defendant has grave doubts that he mentioned the word "bomb" in the San Jose Airport on May 19, 1997. Further, if this word was mentioned, and it was overheard by an airline employee, then as a matter of public safety [ED NOTE: and company and FAA rules], the employee should have taken immediate action against defendant and Mr. Ward by calling the Airport Police rather than reporting "bomb" remarks only when prompted by Mr. Hogan."
Absolutely. There was a real opportunity here. The allegation seems bogus on its face for the reasons described in the second paragraph.

This should be interesting for our widdle buddies at OSA.
Such shenannigans as the 'Southwest Airlines' incident, and barb's more recent experience appear to be gaining notice from law enforcement.
Interesting would be to see how *conspiracy* to commit a fraudulent report (universally the case for Scientology usage) would be handled. The scope could be interesting.
Will religiousfreedomwatch's online version of the henson/ward incident be considered evidence of ongoing criminal conduct?
