Re: Bankruptcy action No. 98-51326 ASW
Dear Mr. Henson:
I am in receipt of your letter of September 20, 2004. Please be advised that objections to the actions of the United States trustee should be raised in a pleading filed in the bankruptcy proceeding.
Very Truly yours,
Vaughn R Walker United States District Chief Judge

Of course the letter makes the point that I *can't* file in the bankruptcy court, and that my lawyers won't do anything to upset the US Trustee (for the simple reason they have to do business with the Trustees if they are going to be in the bankruptcy lawyer business.
So I can't point out to the court in any normal way that one of the lawyers, Susan B. Luce, Bar #120843 misled, no, just plain *lied* to the court about the stipulation being signed by all parties. The result was that the hearing was put off till November, costing more legal fees. If anyone knows a lawyer with guts enough to sue a US trustee, I think Arel has a hell of a case.
But who knows, maybe Judge Weissbrodt Googles his name once in a while.
