Worth trying, but we know that scientology is supporting BS to some extent. Thus I really doubt the INS or whatever it has been renamed would consider deporting her.

It would not surprise me to find the INS was as deeply corrupted by scientology as the IRS. I know of two incidents, the first being a well known case where scientology imported more than 100 slaves in a way that the INS lost track of them entirely. That's the case where the guy who reported it was threatened by the INS with being locked up if he didn't shut up.

The other incident was where a notorious european OSA operative (who had been active against the German government) was rewarded with a hard to obtain green card. He was connected to scientology's actions against Bob Minton among other things. I met this guy one time.

I would be happy to direct real US law enforcement agents to people who know more than I do about these two cases. Here is my number, 519-770-0646. However, I don't expect law enforcement agents to call.

Scientology gets away with corruption clear up to murder because sensible people don't want to deal with budget busting cases and the personal harassment you have to expect when going after scientology.
