Upon arrival please present this letter and bring any or all of the following items to the interview:
- A valid or expired passport for yourself and any dependants; - A birth certificate or identity card issued by your country of citizenship; - Four (4) passport size photographs of yourself and any dependants; - OHIP/HEALTH and Social Insurance Cards; - Proof of any Immigration appeals or Federal Court applications, if applicable; - All other documents issued to you and/or your dependants by the Government of Canada; - Any documents concerning criminal matters, scheduled court dates or probation and parole documentation. - Please note that your attendance and that of your dependants is mandatory. Failure to report to this office on the above mentioned date and time may result in a Canada-Wide warrant being issued for your arrest.
NO INTERPRETER WILL BE PROVIDED, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN INETERPRETER IF ONE IS REQUIRED.
