_______________________________ SPECIAL INTERROGATORY NO. 3: The following document was recovered in the FBI raid of July 8, 1977, on the Church of Scientology: INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST TRAINING ROUTINE - TR LPurpose: To train the student to give a false statement with good TR-1. To train the student to outflow false data effectively.
Position: Same as TR-1
Commands: Part 1 "Tell me a lie". Command given by coach. Part 2 interview type 2 WC by coach.
Training Stress: In Part 1 coach gives command, student originates a falsehood. Coach flunks for out TR 1 or TR 0. In Part 2 coach asks questions of the student on his background or a subject. Student gives untrue data of a plausible sort that the student backs up with further explanatory data upon the coach's further questions. The coach flunks for out TR 0 and TR 1, and for student fumbling on question answers.
The student should be coached on a gradient until he/she can lie facily.

This interview was part of the "evidence" used by the DA's office to charge the defendant criminally.
In your testimony against the defendant, you appeared to have an emotional breakdown before the jury.

A: They made me feel really nervous. I was like really' -- what with the Chicken Mambo thing that I'd read and the whole thing about explosives, I felt really threatened. I felt really scared.

Q. (By Mr. Schwarz): I know this might be hard. Can you tell me why you were scared? To your knowledge was Mr. Schwarz aware of the interview where state that you "do the crying act"? Did you discuss your testimony at any time prior to trial with Mr. Schwarz? Did you discuss your testimony at any time prior to trial with Mr. Abelson? Did you discuss your testimony at any time prior to trial with any other person? _______________________________ SPECIAL INTERROGATORY NO. 5 In the August 16, 2000 you were interviewed by Deputy Tony Greer. In that interview he asked: : TG: Have you received any literature from Mr. Hoden about Henson?
And you stated:
HD: Um . . .no. I've seen the odd thing in passing. I've seen this um this whole pack that was like a . . . I worked with Muriel ?? on that when we went to Sierra Dawn.
At defendant's trial the following exchange occurred:
Q: Okay. Now, with respect to the ones that you have read before, again, when did you see those postings?
A: Last year sometime.
Q: Okay. And who gave you those postings?
A: Ken Hoden gave them to me.Did Mr. Hoden give you the postings after you talked to Deputy Greer? If so, for what purpose? SPECIAL INTERROGATORY NO. 5: According to his recent interrogatory response, Ken Hoden, the general manager and your boss's boss left his position in late 2003. Mr. Hoden also states that his coplaintiffs still work at Golden Era Productions. Is that true for you? For Bruce Wagoner? During most of the time Mr. Hoden was general manager, was there an RPF camp nearby at "Happy Valley." If you know was the RPF group under Mr. Hoden's authority? Yes_____ No_______ According to defendant's sources, in late 2003, about August or September of 2003 Ken Hoden was sent to Int RPF (Happy Valley) and then Ken and his wife Lisa were to the Pac Ranch in December 2003. Circa March 2004, Ken Hoden and his wife Lisa were sent to the PAC RPF. If there are errors in this data, please correct them.
If you know, approximately what date was Int RPF (Happy Valley) closed? Mr. Hoden says in his interrogatory response that he was general manager. Who is in that position now? Have there been others in that position since Mr. Hoden was sent to the RPF? If you know, why was Ken Hoden sent to the RPF? Particularly, did his punishment of being placed in the RPF have any connection to the defendant in this action? Did his punishment have any connection to the deaths at Int in the year 2000. At trial you stated
Q: Okay. Now, were you afraid of Mr. Henson, or were you afraid of the sign?
A: I was afraid of Henson. I didn't care about the sign.SPECIAL INTERROGATORY NO. 13: In 2004 all references to Scientology executives Warran McShane and Marty Rathbun were removed from Scientology web sites. Both of their wives filed for divorce in the Riverside county courts and their names and even positions were removed from www.scientology.org. Warren McShane has represented RTC as a plaintiff in the case against Henson. It has been reported that they are both at Int/Golden Era. Do you know the present whereabouts of either or both of these two former long time Scientology executives? If so, where are they? Are they in a punishment status similar to the RPF? You stated in the interview with Tony Greer that Muriel Dufresne was your boss in 2000. Is she still at Golden Era? Is she still your boss?

Defendant sources lead him to believe that Dana Read "blew" (escaped) and has been "declared." Is this correct? To your knowledge was Dana Read ever put in the RPF? If so approximately what dates? To your knowledge have any of the other three been put in the RPF? In 2005 both of their wives filed for divorce in the Riverside courts. Mr. Rathbun, former high-level executive of RTC was spotted working in the carpenter shop but has not been seen for about a year. If you know, is he at Golden Era? If you know, is Warren McShane at Golden Era? (Defendant is concerned about these former executives as well as interested in showing the coercion Scientology works on its members and staff.) Do you know if Annie Broeker is at Golden Era?
