MOTION WITOUT ORAL ARGUMENT Defendant Keith Hensson has filed a motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) for relief from the judgment entered against him and noticed a hearing date of May 5, 2000. Plaintiff Religious Technology Center has filed an ex-parte motion to reschedule the hearing date. The court hereby elects to submit the defendant's Rule 60(b) motion without oral argument.
