ORDER SUBMITTING DEFENDANT'S 60(B)
MOTION WITOUT ORAL ARGUMENT
Defendant Keith Hensson has filed a motion under Fed.R.Civ.P.
60(b) for relief from the judgment entered against him and
noticed a hearing date of May 5, 2000. Plaintiff Religious
Technology Center has filed an ex-parte motion to reschedule
the hearing date. The court hereby elects to submit the
defendant's Rule 60(b) motion without oral argument.
Opposition and reply papers remain due as scheduled based on
defendant's noticed hearing date.
