Seems Moxon is here in CW this week to get the Scientologists in CW to write the following spontaneous affadavits that will be given to the Judge in the Criminal McPherson case. The reason---to prove the case is causing religious discrimination against Scientology Inc. We have received several anonymous copies of this fill-in-the-blank Affidavit in the last few weeks. We also have a few actual letters which we cannot post because they contain specific personal details which would be too revelatory. AFFIDAVIT OF ___________________ I, ________________, being duly sworn, do hereby state: 1. I am over 18 years of age and I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth in this affidavit. If I were called as a witness, I would be competent, willing and able to testify to what I state herein without reservation. My address is _____________________________. 2. [Put in a short paragraph or a couple of sentences regarding your background in Scientology, such as how long you have been a member. You can put in as much data here as you like]. 3. [Detail any problems or difficulties encountered in your life, in your family, in your business, etc. arising out of the Lisa McPherson case. For example, have family members accused you of "killing" McPherson? Have family members suggested or insisted that you leave Scientology because it kills or hurts people, "as it did to Lisa McPherson"? Have any business contacts or deals gone awry because of adverse media regarding McPherson, or because you are a Scientologist and your Church is "criminally charged with hurting McPherson". Have any friends or acquaintances broken off relationships or have relationships become strained by virtue of the person asserting or believing that as Scientologists "you must be bad --look at what your Church did to McPherson"? Be expansive as you like, within reason --but make it succinct and professional and no more than a couple of pages.
