Jesse just called at 2:30 to say the court was in a five minute
recess. It looks like this will drag on through tomorrow as
the Scientology attorneys have been yammering non stop all day
and don't look close to wrapping up. The prosecution has not
yet had a chance to respond.
All the news fit to stream should be available tonight at LMT
MEDIA.

Jesse called in shortly after 4pm with an update on the proceedings...
DM IS IN THE HOUSE!!!!
Miscavaige is at the courthouse watching the proceedings along with a room
packed to the gills with Scientologists spilling into the corridors and
outside the courthouse.
Here's the mix:
On the side of the good guys...Jesse, David Cecere, Ken Dandar
and Michael Garko
Everyone else... Scientologists!!!!
At this point it is still up in the air. It still looks like
this will stretch into tomorrow but at least the prosecutors
are talking now.
The judge has made some comments that she believes that
individuals should have been charged and not the church and the
State is now explaining to her how she is completely wrong
about that.
This is a Maalox moment.
