It is not a wrongful death case.
The cult is defending a wrongful death case in order to distract
everybody from the fact that it is a practicing medicine without a
license case.
It's working. Look at the media coverage. The story mentions the charges
and then goes right into a discussion of the pros and cons of the cult's
defenses against wrongful death. The cult knows the media has covered
many wrongful death cases and has a groove on it. So they slip them into
the groove.
It is not a wrongful death case.
