I decided to lay any and all personal buisness aside and go to the court house in Tampa this morning to see the BIG THETANS in action. The central issue was $cientology's motion to dismiss the civil suit. While the courtroom was not packed as was the case with the crimminal complaint there were still some powerhouses of spiritual awarness there, to wit: KEN MOXON, the Snow-Whiter, was the usual SO stick boy type although he at least had a healthy skin color which was more than the others could say. He was with HELENA KORBIN who I had always wanted to see in the flesh and what a treat it was. Her skin color is difficult to decribe; somewhere between a mortuary grey and a dismal pale white. Her photos do not do her justice. BENNETTA SLAUGHTER was there of course. She is downright scary. Perhaps she would know who the OTVIII is who got implanted twice in this lifetime? Not by an evil shrink either, - a plastic surgeon did the job. The REV. BUTTOCKS (AL BUTNOR)was there looking his jolly self. He is a powerful addition to the brain trust at Flag no doubt. He did a lot to make the Toronto Org what it is today. BEN SHAW was there, with his hang dog, lost-a-dollar-and-only-found-a-dime look on his visage. He smirked at me when I walked into the courtroom and said something to MIKE RINDER. Maybe they liked my tie. Rinder looked a bit better than Shaw but not much. Anyway, The judge denied the motion to dismiss and was firm in this despite all the crying by the 6 $cientology lawyers there. These guys just would not shut up and would have gone on all week if he had let them. But they were good, doing the best they could with the cards dealt them. But the cost? No reduction in course prices for $cientologists for a while. After haggling over minor issues the court broke up just before noon. Don't look for this to come to trial any time soon. The $cientology lawyers would spend a whole day, maybe a week for that matter if they had to, arguing that the world is flat if it would further their case. -- The Exile "AS a result of a number of comm cycles at OSA, I have learned that the church does not want any church public posting to this entheta forum." -Ron Chester, TNX administrator and OSA lackey.
