You do mean "loser" of Lisa's folders, don't you? He's the one who collected the eight bankers boxes full of "PC folders" of Lisa's, and then "forgot" where he sent them (but it was somewhere in LA, out of the jurisdiction of the CW police). Nobody from the cult in LA can "remember" receiving them.
