(from Mike O'Connor's scans/OCRs below) After reading a lot of those documents, we can only say that most of these depos have not been considered at all by the US prosecutor who decided to stop the suit against scientlogy: it's so evident that they beat her, drugged her, imposed drugs forcefully on her, restrained her freedom, and that she **was** in a state of weakness that not only the prosecutor should have continued the suit, but as well, that he shopuld have indicted them for manslaughter. In France, no doubt that the org would have paid her death, and, besides of illegal medicine practice and abuse of a disabled person, they'd have gotten an indictment for illegal jailing, battery, and perhaps even "murder without intention to kill". roger CLEARWATER POLICE -FDLE PROSECUTION SUMMARY Summary Page 66 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ CLEARWATER POLICE DEPARTMENT FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT CRIMINAL PROSECUTION SUMMARY CPD#: 95-29158 FDLE#: CL-01-0002 DATE OF OFFENSE: November 18,1995 to December 6. 1996 WITNESS NAME: Joan Stevens ADDRESS: 551 N.
