Scientology's oh-so-ethical attorney, Kendrick Moxon, gave Estate attorney
Ken Dandar notice just this past Tuesday the 15th that his clients would be
asking for a delay in the Estate's wrongful death civil case in a hearing
*today*, Thursday, January 17th. (How is that for lack of notice?!)
Currently, the trial date is set for June 2002.
Scientology's arguments were that Dandar was delaying, and that it was
Dandar's fault that Scientology's depositions hadn't been completed.
Additionally, Scientology attorneys whined that Bob Minton and Stacy
Brooks' taking of the Fifth Amendment was holding up their investigation.
(As if Bob and Stacy had *anything* to do with the death of Lisa McPherson-
-you can tell how badly they are reaching.)
Well, after the judge heard all the arguments pro and con today, she
dismissed Scientology's motion to delay the trial! It's full speed ahead,
folks!

The criminal organization is already well and truly pissed at me and
a lot of other human rights activists and as such we're all already
being subjected to their "Fair Game" racketeering acts. The crooks
can probably eventually convince some judge to issue a subpoena for
records on which human rights activists inside and outside of their
organized crime syndicate are working to punish them for their killing
of Lisa yet activists like me wouldn't care since the criminals know
alreay that I financially support victims of their crimes.
A PayPal account would allow me to transfer funds to the punishment
phase of that criminal organization once a week. It's quick and easy.
Even if it's just ten bucks a week, that'll add up.
Tell you what. If you guys can get an account created, every time
I transfer funds I'll post the information about the transaction
right here publically and others might consider doing the same. Let
the killers know that I am neither ashamed of trying to stop and
punish their homocides.

It's illegal to write fake names on money orders as well though the
postal service would be the only ones who cared and only then if one
forged names maliciously. Anonymous donations would have to come in
unsigned or with fake names written on them.
