David Miscavige Denied Attorney's Fees David Miscavige lost his appeal against the Lisa McPherson Estate. Sandy Rosen, Esq., represented Miscavige after the Estate attempted to serve Miscavige and he evaded being served. Rosen then moved for attorney's after the court dismissed Miscavige since he hadn't been served. The trial court denied Miscavige's request for attorney's fees and he appealed. The appellate court in Florida dismissed his appeal. Remember, Dell Liebreich, executor of the Lisa McPherson Estate is asking for donations for the civil case.
