There were two appellate decisions yesterday, and it's no surprise that the Scientology shills have not posted about them!

In the first decision, Scientology is not allowed to learn the identity and amount of donations to the Estate.

In the second decision, Scientology was ordered to pay the Estate's attorney fees and costs for its [Scientology's] frivolous challenge to remove Dell Liebreich as Personal Representative of the Estate.
