According to information I have received, the Estate of Lisa McPherson, represented by Kennan Dandar, won another appeal this past week. The appellate court stopped Scientology from getting any information about the loans Bob Minton made to the Estate.

I haven't gotten a copy of the opinion yet. However, this appears to be a logical conclusion of the last appeal, which stopped Scientology from getting information about people who donated over $500.
