Re Lisa McPherson On Wednesday 11/15 through Saturday 11/18, Lisa McPherson, Brenda Hubert, Brian Rakestraw and myself were in Orlando working the NAILBA (National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agents.[sic]

We arrived separately on Wednesday afternoon about 2:00 PM. Brenda and Lisa were in one car, Brian and I were in another.

Brenda told me upon arrival that Lisa had very little sleep Tuesday night, so she sent her for a nap, while Brenda, Brian and I started helping with registration.

Lisa came down about 4 p.m.

She got right in his face. He originated (looks like word "losing" crossed out) he could not remember someone's name. She proceeded to aggressively question him as to when last remembered. He was ARC Xing (can't read this term well) and Brenda intervened to pull Lisa off him. He went on his way. His name was Jim _?_.

Thursday morning, Brian and I met Brenda and Lisa for breakfast.

Lisa was acting very weird, in an inconsistent manner. Brenda originated that Lisa had kept her up most of the night.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- 3/ As we were wrapping up breakfast, Lisa acted as though she did not know where she was, where the front door to restaurant and how to get to room.

Throughout Wed/Thurs/Fri I observed Lisa to be often frantic about little things, losing her clipboard, losing name badge, losing someone in a crowd.

Thursday afternoon, one of Lisa's clients, name Rubin came to our booth with a "floozy, buxom" blond.

Lisa got in her face very close to talk to her. (Hearsay) per Brenda Lisa asked/told her (blond) "you know what your hat is" several times. The blond had no clue what Lisa was talking about

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- p4 Hearsay--per Brenda--Lisa made an appointment to "salvage" Mannie (can't read name well) Rubin. When Brenda found out about it, she told Lisa to keep to business only.

I observed Lisa tell Mannie (? can't read name well) Friday about 13:30 pm on floor of trade show that "I only wanted to discuss business.["]. He left.

Wednesday night at dinner, Brenda was talking about a client in New Jersey, George Shave and how he was having a bad year in New Jersey due to the legislative environment affecting ___?___ insurance marketing. Lisa seemed to become obsessed with the cause of "who was behind the law changes in New Jersey"[.] She asked Brenda several times--

Brenda changed the subject to get Lisa off subject.

Friday morning Brenda told me Lisa woke her up at 3 am, sobbing and telling her "the end is near". Brenda is doing a separate report.

Thursday night, Lisa, Brian and I were walking through a large banquet/reception hall to "work crowd". Lisa stopped (word "went" crossed out) to get a drink/soda. I waited for her. Brian walked on and we lost ___?___. Lisa became rather frantic about Brian not being there with us, very irrational. I gently held her arm,

A short time later I found brian, he and I went upt o the room to check on the status of our hospitality suite, which was to start at 9 pm. I think Franz (?Reider or Reifer) (words "and Brenda" crossed out) were still in the general vicinity of Lisa. He came up later and said he left Lisa in the reception hall and that she was dancing by herself to the band quartet.

At 9:05 all of us were in the hospitality suite except Lisa. She had __?__ told to be there by 9 pm. I went down to retrieve her,

I found Lisa talking with some guy. I beckoned to her, she followed, and we alked together up to the room. ON the way she told me how incredible the band was much fun she had dancing. She told me she "had danced and brought everyone in the room up tone" and seemed quite (words "was very" crossed out) pleased with the effect she though she created. This was a very large room with about 1,500--2,000 people.

Lisa ordinarily is a very overt person and a self starter. She is an incredible sales person.

She is a close personal friend as well as a co-worker.
