This is a great question.
In addition to checks being drawn from Lisa's account after she was dead, monies were charged to her account while she was being held in isolation. This is another "outpoint" since there is a Scientology policy in the OEC Volume Three which states one should never write a "pre-payment used" ("PPU") or an "advance payment used" ("APU") invoice without having to hand the specific written authorization to do so.
I will explain for those not familiar with Scientology accounting procedures and policy.
Members often pay money in advance of taking services. These types of payments are called "advance payments" ("APs") or "pre-payments received" ("PPR") by the organization; this statistic is reported to management each week by the Director of Income.
When a person wishes to use his "advance payments" for a service or merchandise, a debit invoice is written, charging the member's account. This type of debit invoice is called an "APU" or "PPU" (same thing). "APU" means "advance payment used"; "PPU" means "pre-payment used".
Getting back to my point, I believe Lisa was in no condition to have been able to cognizantly authorize her account to be debited for any purpose.

I think Lisa was trying to get away from Flag. There is evidence that she had escaped from isolation just before getting into the minor accident. I believe Lisa stripped her clothes off in order to draw attention to herself so she could get help from someone besides Scientology and Scientologists.

You're welcome, Ron.
It's a weird and dangerous cult.

Stop and really think hard about this for a minute.
Can you even imagine how desperate Lisa had to have been to strip down in public on the street in order to try to get help from the situation that she was in that she was trying to escape from?
It was more than obvious she needed help and was not in a sound state of mind, that she had to have been exposed to some kind of trauma and/or incident that caused her enough fear to be irrational.
I also blame the hospital that let the scientologists remove her, it should have been evident from what she did that she was in a state of mind that she should have been given ~professional~ help.
Instead, the sad reality was she was released to the very organization and people that put her in that state of mind to begin with . . .
and from there . . .
they continued to make her worse, unto death.

Was she also getting paid an exorbitant amount of money which was
mostly then fed back into the "Church" under the guise of services and such, but which could have been some form of money laundering, perhaps to avoid taxes of some kind? Might there not have been some really shady stuff going on that maybe she wasn't aware of before but she became more aware of--she did seem to be awfully guilt ridden as she'd been made to write up thingies about overts and K/R's and such--and this may have helped her want to flee, and perhaps made her afraid of the very thing they did to her?
And when I used to work in a nursing home, I saw a woman come in who was diabetic--she started out looking fairly healthy, but had been placed there by family for reasons I was not cognizant to. She decided her life wasn't worth living after a week or two there, and even with care (and she had a no special measures code on her wristband, too) she stopped eating. Even her son coming in and trying to feed her her didn't work. She stopped being able to walk, and went to a wheelchair, and then to bed. I was assigned to her section (I was an aide) the night she simply died. I had tried to feed her myself, but you'd put the ensure pudding in her mouth, and she'd let it sit there and not swallow it. It was as if she'd willed herself to die.
I think in the end, when Lisa felt it was pretty clear they weren't going to let her go, and weren't going to get her any help, she may have been doing a bit of that sucidal thing herself, the way she kept food in her mouth and spat it out. The difference was that she apparently kept rallying and trying to get out and get some attention for her needs, and if she'd been under competant medical care, she would have lived, I'm sure.
