A few weeks ago there was some discussion about whether OSA was directly
involved with Lisa McPherson.
Somebody mentioned that OSA staffers were at the hospital, but I don't remember any specifics being mentioned.
For anyone who'd like confirmation, there's this from the deposition of Debra Jean Cook, the Captain of FLAG:
23 Q. So you weren't involved in the commotion that was 24 stirred up when she actually was at Morton Plant Hospital? 25 Were you involved in any of that?Page 3688 Image

1 A. No, I was not. 2 Q. Was anybody in your staff that worked for you 3 involved in that? 4 A. Well, I do -- I am now since aware of the fact 5 that Alain and Judy Goldsberry-Weber were down there. 6 Q. Okay. They work for you, right? 7 A. Yes, they do. 8 Q. So you learned that they went down there? 9 A. Yes. 10 Q. And you also learned that some members of the OSA 11 side of things were also down there? 12 A. Actually, I was not aware of that. 13 MR. McGARRY: Is there anybody from OSA that 14 went down there? 15 DETECTIVE SERGEANT ANDREWS: Yeah. 16 Humberto Fontana, Annie Mora. 17 MR. McGARRY: Right. 18 DETECTIVE SERGEANT ANDREWS: I think some 19 others, but those are the two kind of main characters 20 that were there. 21 Q. You weren't aware of them going down there? 22 A. I wasn't.

According to Annie Mora's testimony (http://www.lisatrust.net/legal/lisa-criminal/cpd-cd/3467.htm), the list of people at the hospital included:
Annie Mora David Slaughter Mary DeMoss (misspelled in the transcript as "Damass") Jeanne Decuypere (the chiropractor whose office told Lisa she was in a condition of Treason, possibly precipitating her psychotic break) Emma Schamehorn Judy Goldsberry-Weber Alain Kartuzinski Humberto Fontana
On page 14 she mentions "Debbie," although she didn't mention her previously.
(Incidentally, Annie Mora has been in Scientology since 1982 and an OSA staffer since before 1994, and as of the deposition in 1997, she had only completed Staff Status II and has done the HQS; she was not Clear.)
Later, on p. 130, she says that OSA had the power to override Kartuzinski's handling of the watch:
9 Q. Okay. Did the OSA have the power to stop the 10 watch, send Lisa to the hospital, over and above 11 Alain Kartuzinski's ruling? 12 A. Yeah.
I've read a lot of this stuff before - or at least I thought I had - but re-reading it just makes certain things jump out at me, now.If you've got some time on your hands, you might want to pick a document - especially one of these lengthy depositions - and re-read it, just to see if anything strikes you as interesting.
