Today Judge Schaeffer ruled in favor of the estate and denied Scientology's motion to exclude the vitreous fluid tests performed on Lisa McPherson at her autopsy. These tests showed that Lisa was extremely dehydrated at the time of her death. Lisa's BUN (measurement of the vitreous eye fluid) was 300; a normal BUN is under 25. This evidence will be presented to show that Lisa was extremely dehydrated at death when the case goes to trial in July. Additionally, evidence of cockroach activity can also be presented to the jury. And finally, Judge Schaeffer will be entering sanctions against Scientology for what they did to Jesse Prince
