Here's the video transcribed into text for: http://www.whyaretheydead.net/LMT/lisa-news-2.htm
Anyone is welcome to critique to help make it more precise. I think I got it pretty good considering so many video clips and pictures. There are so many at the beginning that I broke down the footage and pictures after every few sentences. IMO, it's easier to follow that way.)

Dawn Witt: (Voiceover): But 17 days later Lisa McPherson was dead. The medical examiner said she died of severe dehydration and bed rest. And now Strope and the other investigators are trying to find out if she was held against her will.
Dawn Witt (Standing in front of Clearwater Police Department): Three other Scientologists are believed to have to be been with Lisa before she died and all three left Clearwater soon after her death. Well 28 Investigates has learned authorities have found one woman, Susan Schnurrenberger in Germany and she has an attorney. The whereabouts of the other two are still unknown however, they also have attorneys and there attorneys have contacted authorities. Now detectives are just waiting to sit down with all three to find out more about Lisa's last days.

Dawn Witt (Voiceover): Strope solved the Rolling case and is now determined to solve the McPherson case. Dawn Witt, 28 investigates.
28 News Woman Anchor: The church of Scientology has maintained all along that it is not responsible for Lisa McPherson's death.
Caption - Under Scrutiny Picture of Lisa McPherson
28 News Woman Anchor: The Church of Scientology has been under scrutiny the past few months for the death of Lisa McPherson. In 1995 McPherson died while allegedly under the care of other Scientologists. The church claims it's being persecuted by the investigators, the media even former members. Tonight 28 Investigates reporter Dawn Witt takes a closer look at the police of the Church of Scientology.
Pictures of L Ron Hubbard Footage of church
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): L Ron Hubbard once said if you really want to make a million, the quickest way is to start your own religion. (1947) The late Ron Hubbard once a science fiction writer, was the founder of the Church of Scientology.
Leisa Goodman: It's a religion. It offers proof that, that answer any question you may have about life, that provides solutions to any problems you have in life.
Footage of church Footage of people picketing Scientology Footage of Dawn Witt and Dennis Erlich
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): But former members are now at war with the church. Dennis Erlich was a Scientologist for 15 years.
Dennis Erlich: Something is advertised and the person, you get the person in there, and you start giving him something that he wants and then you switch him over to what you're really selling.
Picture of Ron Hubbard with Secret Scriptures text: Operating Level 3 Footage of Scientologists walking in Clearwater Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): These are among Hubbard's teachings: 70 million years ago, Xenu, the ruler of the Galactic Confederation decided the planet was overpopulated. He bombed the excess population and the spirits of those victims are called thetans. Humans, Hubbard taught are a cluster of body thetans responsible for bad thoughts and bad behavior. Active Scientologists say that that is scripture is sacred.
Picture of L Ron Hubbard
Leisa Goodman: It's part of the confidential and um, teachings of Scientology you know, that constitutes one per cent of the honorable teachings of the founder, Mr.Hubbard. And that one percent is um, for Scientologists who reach a certain level and who would understand it.
Picture of L Ron Hubbard with E-Meter
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): To rid themselves of the tormenting thetans Scientologists use the E-meter, the machine you see Hubbard with in this picture.
Picture of L Ron Hubbard with E-meter
Leisa Goodman: It's basically a religious artifact or a tool that the counselor uses and it measures thought. (garbled talk -All of there?) of counseling in Scientology is that you guide there person so that they can discover for themselves what there problems are and how they are to solve them.
Footage of Dennis Erlich and Dawn Witt Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel Picture of L Ron Hubbard with E-meter
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): Erlich used to administer the E-meter and he claims it's really a money-making scheme that borders on brainwashing. He says Scientologists believe the person administering the e-meter can actually read the subjects mind.
Dennis Erlich: I was doing this very expensive exorcism process on people when I was down in Florida. And, they were charging anything from $350 to $1,000 an hour for my time to exorcise these, these people.
Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel Footage of Leisa Goodman and Dawn Witt
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): Other former members say once they joined the church they signed over all of their money, But church spokesperson, Leisa Goodman says there are plenty of course people can take free.
Leisa Goodman: There's free lectures, there's free films. You can get all those free services. If you want to go further than that, then you pay donation for each step of the way.
Picture of Lisa McPherson Picture of tax records Picture of Lisa McPherson with family Pictures of autopsy photos of Lisa McPherson Picture of Lisa McPherson Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel Picture of a window at Fort Harrison Hotel
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): Lisa McPherson is the Scientologist who died while under the care of other Scientologists. 1994 tax records show she gave nearly everything she earned to the church. Her family is now suing saying Lisa died while she was trying to get out. They believe she was in what Scientology calls Introspection Rundown, a type of isolation.
Leisa Goodman: We encourage if the person is, if your frazzled, if your stressed out, what you need is rest and peace and quiet and so absolutely, we advocate that.
Footage of people picketing Scientology in Clearwater
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): But critics also say forced isolation is also practiced. Erlich said he was locked up once, because he made a joke about Scientology.
Dennis Erlich: Joking is very, is supposed to be a very serious offense in Scientology, and I was locked in the basement at the Fort Harrison Hotel uh, for about ten days and uh, I had to recant, you know, say that I was sorry for being crazy.
Leisa Goodman: It's just complete, utter lies. Firstly, number one, there is no basement. There is no basement in the Fort Harrison Hotel.
Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel Picture of blueprints Picture of L Ron Hubbard
Dawn Witt: But actually there is. We pulled the blueprints for the hotel, which clearly show a basement.
Dennis Erlich: Well they don't admit that it goes on at all.
Picture of Ron Hubbard next to text from 'Enemies' from L Ron Hubbard HCO Policy 1967 Picture of Ron Hubbard next to text from 'R2-45' from L Ron Hubbard HCO Policy 1967
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): Hubbard also taught his fair game policy which applies to the churches enemies. Hubbard said, "the enemy may be injured by any means, by any Scientologist. They may be tricked, sued or lied to, or destroyed." Hubbard goes further introducing R2-45. "Exteriorization is shooting someone in the head. There are men dead," said Hubbard, "because they attacked us."
Leisa Goodman: Oh, that's taken completely out of context.
Dennis Erlich: I think it's very dangerous. I know people who would have killed on command, that were in the group.
Footage of Fort Harrison Hotel Picture of Lisa McPherson Picture of legal case papers Pictures of autopsy photos of Lisa McPherson Footage of people picketing Scientology
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): State and local authorities are still investigating Lisa's death. And Erlich and other ex-members have made it their mission to stop Scientology from spreading. They don't want the church, and the church doesn't want them.
Dawn Witt: Former members also claim the church tries to ruin anyone who speaks out against it. In fact, right before our story was scheduled to air, we received this Federal Express package. It's from the church spokesperson, and it's more than 60 pages, criticizing the characters and pasts of all the critics we've interviewed. Even some people we've only spoken to over the phone.
Leisa Goodman: Every one of those former members couldn't live up to there (garbled talk - standings?) with the church That's a fact. They were kicked out of the church. We were glad to see them go.
Footage of people picketing Scientology
Dawn Witt (Voiceover): But they're obviously not going quietly. Dawn Witt, 28 Investigates.
28 News Woman Anchor: The spiritual headquarters of Scientology is located right in Clearwater. As for the Lisa McPherson case, Lisa's family is suing the church over her death and the church maintains that it's members did nothing to harm her.
28 News Man Anchor: An eye-opening report there.
28 News Woman Anchor: Very interesting
