One word that has been overlooked in this hysteria regarding the current "dire" status of the Lisa case is APPEAL. There is significant noise about all the money that has supposedly been awarded, but not a word about appealing those rulings. I am certain that is going to happen, and I am confident that most higher courts would not let these rulings stand. This is just the standard Scientology tek at work, bury the opposing attorney under an avalanche of rulings, motions and etc., and hope some of them slip thru the cracks.

As far as removing Dell as executor or Dandar as attorney, that would be perfect for Scientology because then the appeals would have far less credibility. Not to mention the fact that Dandar has taken this case to the brink of trial and is ready to proceed (barring further bs on the part of the cult). It appears more than obvious to me that the Scientology attorneys are incredibly desperate, their mission is to derail this case no matter what. It is very upsetting to me to see Bob Minton assisting them in that effort.
