This will confirm that you will again be providing us with a donation in the amount of $100,000 in the above referenced case.

Pursuant to Rule 4-1.8(f) of the rules regulating The Florida Bar, as before, the client has consented to your donation. As a reminder, pursuant to the rules, your donation does not entitle you to control. the litigation nor the disclosure of the client's confidential information.

Upon successful conclusion of this ca se, your funds will be repaid to you. As you have previously stated, if the litigation is not successful, the client is not obligated to repay your donation.
